Presentation Guidelines
- The time slot for every presentation is 20 minutes; 15 minutes for the presentation itself and 5 minutes for questions from the audience.
- Every room is equipped with an LCD projector and a computer (MS Windows 2000/XP) with a CDROM drive, USB ports, and presentation software (MS Power Point, Adobe Acrobat Reader).
- Speakers can also bring their own laptops for their oral presentations.
- Speakers should arrive in their session room at least 5 minutes before the start of their presentation in order to hand a short biography with their affiliation and research interests to the chairperson.
